Engineer Plus Interior Acrylic Paint-(IAP-99)

Engineer Plus IAP-99(Interior Acrylic Paint) is a good quality acrylic water base washable plastic paint for the beautiful interior & long lasting protection of your dream house. It is based on best quality co-polymer emulsion, time tested additives, pigments etc. it gives fresh , rich look to the wall with low dust pickup & antifungal properties.

For best result: How To Use-Surface Preparation -

• Before application insure that the new concrete is cured minimum for 60 days.
• Clean the surface from oil, dust, fungus, grass, roots, rust & loose material etc by wire brush.
• Prime the surface with EAP-99(Acrylic Primer) & dry for 6 hours. More adsorbent surface requires two coats of primer .

Application:

Open the container of IAP-99 , stir well before use and make it brushable mixing with clean water . Apply two coats of IAP-99 by brush or roller with in interval of 6 hours. Dark shade may need 3 coats for proper hiding. Coverage 10 to 12 m2 /kg

Precaution:

Don’t apply on unsound & very smooth surface. Do not apply on hot or wet surface. Do not apply IAP-99 when ambient temperature is below 10º C & above 45º C.

Masonry surface, concrete , asbestos sheet, cement, sand rendering, brick work etc.
